              Back Cover               

• Place the laptop with the bottom side facing upwards.

• Remove the nine 3 mm screws from the back of the laptop using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

Step 3

• Carefully pry open the back of the back of the laptop using opening picks.
• Lift the back cover away from the laptop.
• Be careful not to damage or crack the back cover of the device.

Step 4

              Fan               

• Remove the two 3 mm screws holding the fan in place using a Phillips screwdriver.

Step 5

• Disconnect the fan’s connector from the motherboard.
• Remove the fan from the laptop.

Disconnect the fan’s connector from the motherboard.

Remove the fan from the laptop.

Replace the back cover to complete the process.
