Introduction
Upon installation of a new set of speakers, ensure to test them by playing sound to ensure it is clear and not as quiet as it was before the replacement.
Be sure to turn off the computer and disconnect any external power before operating on any of the components of the device.
What you need
Step 1
Battery
- Using the Phillips #0 screwdriver, remove ten 4 mm screws from the back panel.
- Lift and remove the back panel.

- Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the two 3 mm screws securing the battery to the laptop.

- Remove the battery up and out of the computer.

Speakers
- Unplug the speaker wire from the motherboard.

- Gently remove the connecting wire from underneath the wire brackets from the back of the computer.

- Lift up both speakers away from the computer.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
