              Processor Fan and Heat Sink               
  • Close the computer and turn it over, with the bottom of the computer facing up.

  • Remove the nine 7.6mm PH0 screws on the cover.

  • Use a plastic opening tool to remove the cover from the computer.

  • Remove the three 4.7mm PH0 screws that secure the battery to the computer.

  • Remove the hard drive cable from the battery.

  • Lift the battery from the keyboard.

  • Disconnect fan cable with tweezers.

  • Use a screwdriver to remove the two 2.3mm PH00 screws on the processor fan.

  • Use a PH0 screwdriver to loosen the 4 captured screws on the heat sink assembly.

  • Remove the processor fan and heat sink assembly.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
