Your computer does not load the Operating System and instead takes you to an error message
Check to see if the BIOS has detected the hard drive by turning the computer on and pressing the F10 key on the keyboard to get to the BIOS configuration screen.
Power on the computer and press F2 on the boot device error screen or during BIOS boot and hit the right arrow key to select Boot Options. Use the up and down arrow keys to scroll to the Secure Boot option and press enter. You should get two options select disable. In the device boot order, make sure the internal hard drive is first in the order. Note: If you are using a version of Windows such as Windows 7 or an older version, make sure the Legacy Boot option is set to enable.
Obtain an operating system installation media from the developer of the operating system that you choose and then burn the installation media to a DVD-RW disc or mount as a bootable ISO image to a flash drive. Follow the operating system install instructions which can be found on the developer’s website or maybe found on a booklet that comes with the installation media if you ordered a disk copy and had it shipped to you.
Computer beeps in pattern indicating memory error.
If your computer gives a beep pattern during the POST, open the back of the computer and locate the memory modules. Ensure that they are properly inserted to the slots on the motherboard.
The memory has been corrupted or is unusable.
You have a Black Screen but LED light is still visible
Failure for the computer to start up and show a constant black screen will likely be an issue concerning the RAM.
There is no display on the screen or a black screen when computer is on.
Unresponsive display Screen.
If your computer crashes during normal operation, crashes during memory intensive tasks, or beeps and will not boot up, this means you have bad RAM or that you do not have enough RAM.
You press the power button and nothing happens.
Ensure the power adapter is plugged in and the charge light is on. If the light is not on, and the adapter is plugged in, the adapter is faulty. Consider purchasing a replacement adapter.
The computer is unable to access WI-FI connection.
The wireless antenna could be damaged causing connection issues. A failed WI-FI antenna will likely result in low performing WI-FI connections or a failure to connect to it at all.
The wireless card is old or damaged causing the connection to be poor or none at all. Wireless card needs replacement.
