              Removing the bottom case cover               

• Get your trusty Phillips screwdriver and unscrew the Phillips Screws and put them somewhere safe.
• Then pry open and remove bottom case cover.

              Removing the battery               

• Now what you want to do is find two screws protecting the battery. Unscrew them and put them somewhere safe.
• Remove the cable from the battery and put it somewhere safe.

Step 3

              Removing and replacing the DC Jack Cable               

• Now, find the DC Jack Cable. It should be in the top right corner.
• To remove the DC Jack Cable, use your fingernails and try to remove it. Once out, put it somewhere safe.
• To put in a new one, insert it with a lot of pressure and it should be secure.
