Step 1

              Finding where the SD slot is located               
  • The SD slot is located within the battery compartment.
  • The battery compartment is located at the bottom of the camera. If you place the camera upside down with the lens facing you, you will see an arrow with the word “OPEN” under it.

              Removing an existing SD card               
  • Place your thumb on the arrow and while placing some pressure, slide to the right and lift. The battery compartment will be exposed.
  • Once you have the battery compartment open push on the existing SD card and it will pop up.

              Inserting a new SD card               
  • When you look inside the battery compartment you will see a slot with the words “PUSH IN/OUT” next to it. This is where the SD card belongs.
  • First make sure the slot does not already have an SD card in it.
  • Grab the SD card you want to insert, making sure it is an SD Pro Duo card, slide it into the slot and push.
