The screen does not show any information.

Unplug your machine and plug it back in. If the display still does not show any information but the lights on the machine are on then the display is faulty.

If your display is visibly cracked and/or unplugging and plugging the machine back in did not fix the problem then the display screen will need to be replaced.

The display, lights, and heating of the machine are not working when it is plugged in.

Unplug the machine and wait 30 seconds then plug it back in. If the machine is still not receiving power the cord will need to be replaced.

If the hard reset did not fix the power, the power cord will need to be replaced.

Coffee maker is receiving power but coffee is not heating up.

Unplug your machine and plug it back in. If the display still does not show any information but the lights on the machine are on then the heating element is faulty.

If unplugging and plugging the machine back in did not fix the problem the heating element will need to be replaced.

If the metal plate that the coffeepot sits on is cracked, chipped or otherwise broken it may need to be replaced.

The coffee’s taste is off.

Taste the coffee grounds or make coffee with another coffee maker. If the coffee still tastes weird the coffee grounds may have expired or you just don’t like this type of coffee.

Open the top of the machine and at the back left pull out the plastic charcoal water filter. If their is no filter in the device or the filter is dirty this is your issue.

Open the top of the device and pull out the coffee grounds holder. At the bottom of the holder their is a spring, if this spring is rusted it needs to be replaced.

Knobs/Buttons/Lights don’t function properly.

Unplug your machine and plug it back in. If this didn’t fix your issue then the hardware is faulty.

If unplugging and plugging the machine back in did not fix the problem the knob will need to be replaced.

If unplugging and plugging the machine back in did not fix the problem the front faceplate will need to be replaced.
