Thank you for giving me the answer to how to be sure I assemble the seal correctly in the Crock Pot Express after we clean the cooker after I unboxed it. A video should be included with the Crock pot Express , it wwould help a lot. There were no pictures of the underside of the lid. The placement of gasket is very crucial to safety. I used a pressure scanner years ago. Iam impressed with the E6 flashing on the control panel. I do like the cooker overall!

Thank you very much for the advice. Now I can make sure I am placing the gasket in the cooker correctly. I used a pressure scanner/ cooker 30years ago! I like the e6 warning which was on the control panel to let me know that the pressure was not building up. I was able to let the steam off.

This gasket / seal seems very loose and ill fitting. Is this normal?
