Step 1

              Opening the Quick Settings Menu

Turn your device on and wait for the home screen to load.
Once you are at the home screen, use your finger and swipe down from the top of the LCD Screen to bring up the Quick Settings menu.

              Adding a wireless network

While in the Quick Settings menu, tap “Wireless”.
Please note that your device will not connect to a WiFi network if your device is in “Airplane Mode”, make sure Airplane Mode is set to Off.

Tap the “WiFi” button, which will bring up a list of networks that are in range.
Tap a WiFi network, then press “Connect” in order to connect to it.
If you see a lock on the network, you may need a password in order for you to gain access to the network. Enter the password then press “Connect”.
If you don’t know the password for the network you are trying to connect to, try contacting the person who set up the network.
