You have an issue with you buttons staying stuck in the down position.
If the buttons are stuck on your Coby Kyros attempt to move them around and get them to pop back up. If that does not work attempt to pry it up with a small object.
Is the picture on the screen distorted, or obstructed by a crack?

Your touch screen is turning on but it is not doing anything when you touch it.
If the screen on your Coby Kyros is frozen attempt to turn it off and back on again. If this fails attempt a hard reset using the reset button located on the back of the tablet.
If your Coby Kyros is completely unresponsive attempt to turn it off and back on again. If it does not respond to the power button, attempt a hard reset using the reset button located on the back of the tablet.
The tablet is off and is unresponsive when you press the power button.
If your Coby Kyros does not turn on, the battery may be dead. Plug the tablet into the wall using the provided ac adapter. Wait 5-10 minutes and then attempt to turn the tablet on. If this does not work, attempt to use a different outlet to charge the tablet.
If the Coby Kyros is still not turning on it may be stuck in a power cycle. Attempt to hard reset the tablet using the hard reset button located on the back of the tablet.

The Audio Is Distorted
If the audio is not clear, the speaker may have a faulty connection. See the repair guide for the speaker.
If no audio is coming from the speaker, check to make sure that the audio volume is turned up and there are no headphones plugged into the tablet. If there is still no audio then the speaker may be broken, see Coby Kyros MID7012 Speaker Replacement.
