              Cineyo BT-03 Device Disassembly
  • Remove the top (button side) rubber cover using your hands.

  • Flip over the device and remove the bottom rubber cover using your hands.

  • Using your hands, pull off the plastic side cover (on the side with the audio jack) using the indented tab. The indented tab has been highlighted in the picture.

  • Detach the plastic speaker cover on both the front and back sides. Then slide the cover off of the device.
  • The cover should remain as one solid piece.

Step 5

  • Remove the five 1 cm screws on the back side (opposite of the speakers) of the device using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

  • Gently pull apart the two sections of the device.

  • Separate the wires so that each white cap distinctly has a single red and single black wire coming out of it.
  • This is to make it safe and easy to disconnect the wires.

Step 8

  • Disconnect the two sets of wires by pulling on the wires until the white cap detaches from the circuit board.
  • Make sure to leave the white casing attached to the circuit board.

Step 9

  • Detach the solder points on each gold speaker in order to release and remove them.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
