              Chassis
  • Remove 4 self-adhesive plastic dots covering the screw holes.

  • Remove the four 2mm screws with a Phillips screwdriver.

Step 3

  • Remove the back and bottom cover.

  • Disconnect the battery connector from the motherboard with a plastic opening tool.

Step 5

  • Disconnect the microphone connector from the motherboard with a plastic opening tool.

Step 6

  • Remove the display ribbon cable from its socket with a plastic opening tool.

Step 7

  • Remove the volume knob from the side of the Chumby One with a plastic opening tool.

  • Remove the four 6mm screws using a PH000 bit on the inner chassis.

  • Remove the inner components from the outer shell.

  • Remove the four 5.5mm screws with a Phillips PH000 screwdriver bit.

Step 11

  • Remove the metal shield from the front case using a plastic opening tool.

Step 12

  • Remove the LCD screen from the outer case using a plastic opening tool.

Remove the LCD screen from the outer case using a plastic opening tool.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
