Step 1

              Speaker

Locate the seven 11mm screws on the back of the keyboard in order to remove the speaker from the front of the keyboard.
There are 7 screws that need to be removed in total to replace one speaker. Use a JIS-1 screwdriver to remove these screws: 2 on the back panel, and 4 on the side of the keyboard.
Three of these seven screws are slightly hidden and may be hard to find.

Gently remove the speaker and its compartment from the front of the keyboard.

Step 3

Remove the four 11 mm screws with JIS-1 screwdriver on the four corners of the silver square on the back of the speaker.

Step 4

A soldering iron is needed to remove the wires connected to the speaker in order to fully replace it. For soldering help, take a look at the Soldering and Desoldering Connections guide.
Desolder the metal that attaches the blue and white wires to the speaker.
Remove the speaker.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
